at the Airsoftpark Tirol

§1 - INJURIES

By the impact of the BB's (Airsoft munition) or by physical contact with obstacles, the participant can suffer injuries despite protective equipment. The participant is therefore obligated to wear an airsoft protective mask (additionally recommended neck protection, deep or chest protection, fixed shoes) when entering the playing field and during the game, in order to protect himself against injuries. A special protective equipment has been developed for the air game, which must be worn by the competitor. Protective equipment must be installed properly (the protective mask is firmly seated) and worn (protective mask must cover the eye area). Only protective equipment specially developed for air sports can fulfill its purpose, wearing other protective equipment (masks) is not permitted.

§2 - PHYSICAL CONSTITUTION

The Airsoft game can be associated with great physical exertion and stress so that playing Airsoft requires a good health condition for the competitor. Especially knees, ankles and circulation are exposed to increased stress. Heart / Circulatory diseases or persons with heart pacemaker, the airsoft games are prohibited. The participant explains to be healthy.

§3 - ERROR FUNCTIONS

The failure of the protective equipment or of components or of the compressed gas-operated and spring-loaded shotguns and their propellant containers can cause serious or fatal injuries to the participant. The participant acknowledges that a failure of devices described above may occur despite proper use and maintenance, and is not predictable.

§4 - RISK OF INJURY

On the playing field there is increased danger of injury and injury due to moisture, lying BBs and artistic covers lying on the floor. The risk of injury is borne exclusively by the participants. The participant is obliged to adapt his behavior to this special conditions.
